I combine a deep understanding of technology, numbers, and processes with practical business and people management.

With over 15 years in systematic business development, I have progressed from developer and IT manager to CEO. I began as a programmer and IT director, creating and implementing internal systems and automation. Later, as VP of Sovamax, I was responsible for building and scaling back-office processes, integrating IT, finance, logistics, and operations into a unified system.

Subsequently, I established and led the Shared Service Center – MTEAM, forming a team of over 100 specialists and setting standards for processes, accountability, and management. In recent years, I have been systematically developing Grafit Logistics as a separate business unit within the holding, focusing on transparent processes, analytics, automation, and controlled growth.
